Corona guidelines for volunteering

Following the new recommendations of June 28, 2021, we will once again list the most important matters regarding voluntary work. There are gradually more and more relaxation this summer and more is also possible for volunteer work. Stay committed to hygiene and avoid new infections!

In this document, the Flemish Support Center for Volunteering has listed 14 recommendations for volunteering during the Covid-19 crisis.

Do you still have a helping hand available for the vaccination center in Ghent? First-line zone Ghent and the City of Ghent, together with all partners involved, make an overview of all candidates.

You can register here and later you will receive more information about insurance, reimbursement, training, etc.

For the Week of the Volunteer, Het Vrijwilligerspunt launched the campaign "Because it helps" to put voluntary work in the spotlight.

We organized the first digital Volunteer Fair and let more than 100 interested people sample one day of volunteering in the course of March.
